A 15-year-old from Kansas is being charged with aggravated battery after he was caught on camera calling a Black student the N-word before repeatedly punching her in the face during a fight.
The incident happened in the hallway of Shawnee Mission East High School in Kansas. Videos showing the male, who has not been identified, dropping his bag and charging toward Brey'anna Brown, a sophomore at the school. Brown defended herself in the fight and was suspended from school. The boy involved has a court appearance scheduled for Dec. 6th. (NBC News)
