Failure to launch … Lots of Gen Zers and Millennials are still living at home with mom and dad … and it seems they have no plans of leaving the nest anytime soon. According to a new survey, 68% of Gen Zers are choosing to live at their family home while 20% of Millennials are still living with mom and dad. And those who are, are staying put. 47% of Millennials and 41% of Gen Z who are living at home plan to stay there for at least another two years. And get this – 14% of Millennials who are living in their parents’ home plan to stay there at least another decade. Only 6% of Gen Zers see themselves staying in their family home for another 10 years.
