Experts say adults 18-64 should get at least 150 minutes of moderate or 75 minutes of intense exercise every week in order to boost your health and lower your risk of premature death. And it seems it doesn’t matter if you are getting that by walking 30 minute a day for 5 days or going for an hour-and-15-minute run once a week.
